How to Reduce Beta-Life(Su-Perfect) Dosage

1) Normally blood sugar level drops to a normal stage right after taking Beta-Life(Su-Perfect). We recommend the patients check their sugar level daily or twice a day. If the sugar level is normal between 80 - 110 / 4.5 - 6.5, the dosage of Beta-Life(Su-Perfect) can be reduced by one or two capsules after each meal.

2) If the patients take prescription medicines or insulin shots, they can reduce the amount of the medicine or insulin to half or completely once their sugar level becomes normal from taking Beta-Life(Su-Perfect). Try this for about three months, and then reduce the daily consumption to 2 capsules.

3) If the sugar level drops below 80 / 4.5 - 5.0, reduce the amount of the Beta-Life(Su-Perfect) to one or two capsules a day.

You should exercise regularly. When checking the blood sugar level, do it before starting any exercise.

If you feel hypoglycemia symptoms such as chest squeeze, cold sweat, arm and leg impotence, body shaking, fatigue, he/she should drink sugar water, honey juice, or candy before taking a rest for about 20 to 30 minutes.
